O₂ Normal
This will display when your machine is completely turned on, oxygen is flowing and operating as normal.
Session time
This keeps track of your session time. Average oxygen chamber sessions can last anywhere from 20 minutes to 2+ hours.
O₂ Saturation
This number will fluctuate. An ideal range is anywhere between 90% and 95%. Altitude, air flow and other variables will fluctuate your number - this is completely normal.
LPM (liters per minute)
This is your liters per minute. When using a medium PureVent oxygen chamber, you will always set this number to 5.0. If using with a mask, you may set this lower according to your veterinarian's guidance.
LPM Dial
This is how you will set your liters per minute 1.0-5.0. You will always set this to 5.0 when using the medium PureVent chamber.
Display Light
Turn your screen display light on and off as needed.
Timer
Add a timer to your session. It's important to note that if setting a timer, the oxygen will turn off when it's ended and you should not leave your pet inside. Tip: set a timer on your phone and always stay with your pet
Audio Accessibility
Our audio accessibility feature will verbally tell you settings out loud. You can turn this setting on or off.
Oxygen Port
This is where you will hook up one end of your oxygen tubing (the other end will be connected to your chamber or mask).
On/Off Display
This is your on/off button for your display. It's important to note that you have a primary on/off switch for the machine on the back.

Our 11 year old sheltie was diagnosed with congestive heart failure last year. She was coughing a lot so we started looking up ways to keep her comfortable. I purchased the oxygen concentrator along with the oxygen chamber for my Kitty, Comet, who has end-stage respiratory disease. To be honest, my vet did not have experience with a set up like this at home for a pet parent, but with her help and the help of the AMAZING Pawprint Oxygen customer service, I was able to set this up and it is now a crucial part of Comet's daily treatments. I am so grateful for this product as I truly believe it has enabled me to have more time with Comet and it has also improved the quality of his life, helping him to breathe easier and be more comfortable during this time. He enjoys spending time in the chamber, it is cozy and spacious and the clear windows ensure that I can see him at all times. He eats in there and has some favorite toys. He goes in there himself and hangs out even when it is not on. The concentrator itself is not loud, and the hose is long enough that it can kind of be a little bit out of the way from the chamber. I cannot recommend this product and this company enough. The people in customer service are helpful and kind. Just an overall excellent experience.

My rescue chi has heart disease and I leave this little "emergency box" by the front door. Everyone in our house is trained on how to handle an emergency. When we go out, she's always with us, and this product is always in my purse. Literally it's glued to me like my cell phone lol I write on facebook ads when I see this pop up, and I actually had someone tell me I was probably getting paid for my review bc of how good it was which is funny bc I wasn't, obviously. I just swear by this. I have so much peace of mind. In an emergency, you will wish you had ordered one. The travel ones work great if you can't swing the concentrator, and I actually almost like them more bc you can take them on the go with you. I just always stock up on extra canisters bc that's how much I love this product. I am going to make the investment into a concentrator as well, not bc I think I need to spend the money on it, bc honestly, the travel ones do the job, but bc we might have to take a flight with her and you can bring this on as your carry on and I need to know I always have access to oxygen with my girl, so literally getting it for flying purposes. Anyway, don't sleep on this. I think every single animal parent should have this product but 10000000% if you have a dog with heart disease or any breathing issues. It quite literally can save your dogs life. And for one of our pups who had a bad cardiac episode one night, this product 10000% saved him. His breath per minutes shot up out of nowhere, he pooped himself, his gums went blue. I acted fast and grabbed the oxygen and I really feel in my heart, it saved him. stabilized his body enough to fight back and survive the incident and then we rushed to the ER. Also loved that the company sent many masks for the LA fires, I donated a few kits as well. And also not to mention, the site is easy to navigate, the support is great, everything has been great and I'm going to continue to always have this product and share it with everyone bc I know what its like to be in a life or death situation with your fur baby and the last thing you want is to regret you didn't have oxygen. Oh and lastly, I saw that 2 people gave this product a 1 star and literally do NOT listen to them!!!!!!!! in no freaking world does this product deserve anything other than 5 million stars
We now own both the 5L & this 10L concentrators. Should have purchased this 10L unit from the start. We have chihuahuas (rescued, we adopt those that others won’t for age or medical reasons). Unfortunately they are prone to heart disease & collapsing trachea issues. This unit is definitely life extending. At our last emergency it was suggested that it might be time to consider euthanasia for one of ours that has both conditions as well as pulmonary hypertension. Purchased this 10L unit and XL crate. Thanks to availability of these products our pup is currently home and doing well. Good company.

We were surprised to find no one has one to buy or borrow, it was like this niche market (good on you!). We needed it ASAP the thing is heavy so you pay for that, otherwise they were wonderful to work with. They were patient through all my let me call you backs as I emailed the DR asking what should we do, rent/buy?? In the end we rented. We didn't need it long, between the meds and the oxygen it helped our furbaby. She needs one just in case but we are opting for the travel/emergency one vs the concentrator and chamber. Maybe if we need it more in the future after we recover from all the vet bills lol, we will buy the oxygen concentrator also as her CHF progresses, we caught it early.

We ordered the combo cage with concentrator. We had some difficulty with the concentrator but because of Pawaprint's fantastic customer service, all issues were resolved properly without any issues. They took care of us. Their customer service is fantastic.
I run Pawsitive Restorations Animal Rescue. Our small organization takes on a LOT of medical cases. Over the past year, we have taken several hundred animals from puppy mills. They typically arrive with advanced upper respiratory infections, and in many cases, that URI has progressed to pnuemonia by the time they arrive. At an average of $2,500 per night for hospitalization and o2 support, we simply couldn't afford to continue saving the lives that need us most. We made the investment to purchase THREE Buster ICU cages (1 small, and 2 large). We have a 5L o2 concentrator for the small ICU cage, and 2, 10L o2 concentrators to run the large ICU cages. I can't count how many URI and CHF dogs have been saved because we had the ability to give them much needed o2 therapy in house. The initial investment was expensive for a small rescue like ours, but the benefits to the dogs, and the money saved in the long run have been incredible. We'd love to purchase another, but that's just not in the budget right now. For now, we are happy with the lives saved and the ability to have this helpful tool at our disposal.

This company was great to work with. One of our pets was injured and we needed an oxygen rich environment for him to recover in while his lungs healed. The Pawprint Oxygen staff was fantastic, worked with us to quickly identify exactly the products that we needed and everything arrived the next day. We also got an oxygen canister to use during transport home from the vet. Everything worked exactly how it was supposed to. The oxygen generator is easy to use and worked perfectly. Being a scientist and previous experienced with many poorly manufactured products in general, I purchased an oxygen meter myself, just to know with certainty the actual oxygen % in the incubator. Indeed the oxygen readings were exactly as they were supposed to be. I was beyond happy with this product and company. Our pet has fully recovered and this product saved us several thousand dollars of vet bills. I wish all companies were this good.
When our runt French Bulldog had a breathing issue after BOAS surgery and almost died, we decided to look into finding an oxygen system for our home. Pawprint guided us to find the right system and it is working great. We use the home oxygen box anytime she seems to be breathing with more effort. This product gave me a few more days with my best friend, and for that reason, it is priceless.
Having the oxygen concentrator available when needed during my pets illness is very comforting to know. It is very easy to use in. My pet is comfortable with it. My biggest issue, however, is the cost of renting the concentrator. Not knowing how long my pet will be dealing with its health issue the monthly rental cost adds up quite a bit after a few months so we’ll have to look for other options available that cost less..

Is concentrator approved on airlines
That's a great question! Unfortunately, the oxygen concentrators cannot be brought into the cabin of the plane. You can check it in your checked luggage to bring it with you. I would recommend calling the airline to see if they have oxygen available for pet emergencies as well as for humans.
