Your trust means everything to us—and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why every oxygen concentrator sold by Pawprint Oxygen is backed by our PawprintCare™ Warranty, a protection plan designed to keep your device running reliably when you need it most.

What's Covered

The PawprintCare™ Warranty applies exclusively to oxygen concentrators purchased directly from Pawprint Oxygen. Depending on the purchase date and selected coverage level, your concentrator is protected under the terms below.

Standard Warranty Coverage

• All concentrators automatically include a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
• The warranty covers manufacturer defects and equipment failures under normal use.
• Parts, labor, and return shipping are included for all approved warranty repairs or replacements.
• Devices that are damaged in transit must be reported within 7 days of delivery to qualify for replacement.

PawprintCare™ Extended Warranty

• Customers who purchase the PawprintCare™ 3-Year Extended Warranty during checkout will receive a total of 3 years of coverage from the date of purchase.
• This upgraded plan includes all benefits of the standard warranty, extended for the full coverage period.
  
  

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
• Units damaged due to power surges, improper voltage supply, or use with unapproved accessories.
• Cosmetic wear and tear that does not impact performance.
• Consumable parts or accessories, such as oxygen tubing or masks.
  
  

How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim:

1. Contact Customer Support at info@pawprintoxygen.com or call us at 855-699-4366.
2. You will be asked to submit a video of the issue, showing the concentrator being powered on with tubing disconnected and the flow rate adjusted if necessary.
3. Our team will review your claim and determine the appropriate course of action—repair, replacement, or further troubleshooting.

All warranty claims must include proof of purchase.

Shipping Details

• If a warranty repair or replacement is approved, we will cover outbound shipping of the repaired or replacement unit.
• You may be responsible for the cost of shipping the device to our facility, unless otherwise noted.
  
  

Warranty Transfer Policy

The PawprintCare™ Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is not transferable if the unit is sold or gifted to another individual.

Limitations and Abuse Clause

At Pawprint Oxygen, we stand by the quality of our products and strive to offer fair, compassionate support to every customer. However, we reserve the right to deny or limit warranty coverage at our sole discretion if we determine that the warranty policy is being manipulated, misused, or abused in any way.Examples of abuse may include (but are not limited to):

• Filing multiple or repeated claims not supported by evidence of a valid defect
• Providing misleading or false information to obtain a replacement
• Intentional damage or neglect of the product
• Use of the device in a commercial or rental capacity unless explicitly approved in writing by Pawprint Oxygen

If a claim is denied due to suspected abuse, we will communicate our reasoning and may offer alternative options for support when appropriate.
