What is PawprintCare™?
PawprintCare is our way of making sure your equipment is running how it should. Our customer service is ready to answer any questions and assist in repairs and servicing if needed.
When does my PawprintCare™ start?
PawprintCare starts on the receipt date of your order. Our concentrators come standard with PawprintCare 1-Year. You can upgrade to PawprintCare 3-Year by adding the extended warranty at checkout. You will have the option of adding the 3-year warranty up to 30 days of owning your device.
What does the PawprintCare™ Warranty cover?
PawprintCare covers accidental damage, power surges, and technical issues.
What does the PawprintCare™ Warranty NOT cover?
PawprintCare does not cover damage caused by your pet. Things like claw marks/scratches, urine stains, and denting. It also does not cover if the unit has been opened and tampered with. Any signs of destruction like dropping it, water damage, or fire, are also not covered under PawprintCare.
What if my concentrator needs a repair and is out of PawprintCare Warranty?
We are always here to help you over the phone with simple repairs and troubleshooting. If your machine needs to be serviced, you will be responsible for shipping fees, parts, and labor. This will be given to you as an estimate before repairing your device.
Can I cancel my warranty and get a refund?
You have up to 30 days after your order date if you change your mind to receive a full refund on your extended warranty. If it’s past 30 days, your warranty is active and will remain active for 3-year post order date.
What if I return my device? Does the warranty get refunded?
All returns follow the same standard returns and refund policy that you can find here. However, all refunds for PawprintCare 3-Year Warranty do not have restocking fees and are eligible for a 100% refund.
