Due to the hazardous nature of shipping oxygen, we have chosen to ship directly through trusted retail partners.
For the most part, yes! Our kits are exactly the same, while some retail partners choose to sell oxygen concentrators based on that country's availability and standards.
Because your order is placed with the distributor's own store — not
pawprintoxygen.com — all customer service, including returns, exchanges, order status,
and warranty claims, must be handled directly with the distributor you purchased from. Pawprint Oxygen isn't able to process returns, refunds, or warranty service for orders placed through a distributor.
