We started with a problem no one had solved for veterinarians.
When a pet needed to move between a hospital and a specialist, there was no reliable way to keep them on oxygen for the trip. Care would pause exactly when the pet was most fragile. We built Pawprint Oxygen to fix that — veterinary-grade equipment that keeps a patient supported the whole way there.
Then something we didn't plan for happened. Veterinarians started sending patients home with our rescue kits so pets could stay supported until they made it back to care. The demand from pet owners was immediate and undeniable — a need no one had been meeting.
So we grew to meet it. Today we ship oxygen kits, concentrators, cages, and rescue equipment to pet families, veterinary clinics, and first responders across the country — and we're building the team to reach every one that still needs it. That's where you come in.

Partnerships and Affiliates Manager
We're looking for an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to build and own the relationships that grow Pawprint Oxygen — the affiliate program that drives our reach, the veterinary experts who lend their credibility, and the rescue organizations who share our mission. This is a rare build-it-from-here role: you'll shape the strategy, own the numbers, and see your work directly widen the circle of pet families, clinics, and rescues we're able to help. If you love turning relationships into real growth and want your work to matter beyond the metrics, this one's for you.
Key responsibilities
- Build, launch, and grow our affiliate program end-to-end — recruiting partners, setting commission structures, and optimizing for performance (roughly 70% of the role)
- Develop and manage our veterinary contributor network, bringing on medical reviewers, contributing authors, and featured experts who strengthen our content and authority
- Establish and nurture rescue partnerships that expand our reach into the communities we serve
- Own affiliate and partnership reporting — track performance, forecast growth, and report results against targets
- Recruit, onboard, and support partners with the tools, assets, and communication they need to succeed
- Negotiate terms and agreements that are fair, clear, and aligned with our goals
- Collaborate across marketing to keep partner messaging consistent with our brand voice
- Identify and test new partnership channels as we scale
What we're looking for
Must-haves
- Proven experience building or managing an affiliate program, partnership network, or similar performance-based relationships
- A track record of growing measurable results through relationships — you can point to programs you've built and numbers you've moved
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the judgment to represent our brand well to outside partners
- Comfort with data — you're fluent in tracking performance and making decisions from it
- Highly organized and self-directed, able to own a program without a playbook handed to you
- Genuine care for pets and the mission behind the work
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in e-commerce or DTC, ideally on Shopify
- Background in the pet, veterinary, or animal health industry
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tools (e.g. Refersion, Impact, PartnerStack, or similar)
- Content, SEO, or influencer marketing experience that complements partnership work
- A existing network of relevant partners, creators, or veterinary contacts
- Comfort creating partner-facing assets — one-pagers, decks, onboarding materials
