PawprintCare, Concentrator Extended Warranty - 3 year

PawprintCare is our way of making sure your equipment is running how it should. Our customer service is ready to answer any questions and assist in repairs and servicing if needed.

PawprintCare starts on the receipt date of your order. Our concentrators come standard with PawprintCare 1-Year. You can upgrade to PawprintCare 3-Year by adding the extended warranty at checkout. You will have the option of adding the 3-year warranty up to 30 days of owning your device.

PawprintCare covers accidental damage, power surges, and technical issues on your oxygen concentrator.

PawprintCare does not cover damage caused by your pet. Things like claw marks/scratches, urine stains, denting, and tearing are not covered. Most pets who are in need of oxygen are low energy and instances like those are rare. If your pet is not crate trained, they most likely will not like this either.

We are always here to help you over the phone with simple repairs and troubleshooting. If your machine needs to be serviced, you will be responsible for shipping fees, parts, and labor. This will be given to you as an estimate before repairing your device.

You have up to 30 days after your order date if you change your mind to receive a full refund on your extended warranty. If it’s past 30 days, your warranty is active and will remain active for 3-year post order date.

All returns follow the same standard returns and refund policy that you can find here. However, all refunds for PawprintCare 3-Year Warranty do not have restocking fees and are eligible for a 100% refund.
