🧯 Why Pet Alert Stickers Are More Than Cute — They’re Critical
In an emergency — like a house fire — every second counts. Firefighters and first responders are trained to save lives, but they don’t always know what’s inside a home unless someone tells them. That’s where pet alert stickers come in. These bright, easy-to-spot decals quickly communicate that pets live here, so responders know to look for them as they work.
Whether it’s a dog, cat, bird, rabbit, or reptile, a visible pet alert gives pets a fighting chance — especially when you’re not home.
📦 What’s Inside Our Viral Pet Alert Sticker Pack
So what makes our Pet Alert Fire Rescue Window Decal stand out?
High-Visibility Design: Easy for responders to spot at a glance.
Space to Personalize: Write in your pet’s name(s) and type(s) so rescuers know exactly what to look for — not just that animals are inside. If you're not comfortable with a name - just add the number of pets to look for!
Rescue Kit Indicator: A checkbox to show if you have a Pet Oxygen Rescue Kit in your home — another layer of preparedness.
Pack of 5: Place decals on multiple entrances or keep extras for loved ones.
These aren’t just stickers — they’re peace of mind in a small, powerful package.
🪟 The Best Places to Put Your Sticker
For maximum impact:
Front windows near the entrance
Glass doors or sidelights
Garage entryway windows
Back door or secondary entrance
Make sure it’s visible from the outside, especially to first responders approaching your home.
Tip: Fill out your pet’s name and type with a weather-proof pen so responders know exactly who they’re looking for.
🐶 Beyond the Sticker: How to Protect Your Pets
While stickers are a smart first step, consider adding these to your emergency plan:
✔ Create an exit strategy for pets ✔ Store go-bags with food, meds, and comfort items ✔ Share emergency contacts on fridge magnets or wallet cards
Every bit of preparedness helps when time is limited.

Blake conceived and invented the core Pawprint Oxygen technology while studying chemical engineering at the University of Pittsburgh. Through undergraduate research, fellowships, and hands-on innovation—most notably his work in the Wilmer Lab—Blake identified a critical gap in veterinary care: oxygen therapy was often difficult to deploy quickly and not well suited to animals. Pawprint Oxygen was created to solve this problem by designing oxygen delivery systems specifically for real-world animal care.
Blake co-founded Pawprint Oxygen with his mentor, Dr. Chris Wilmer, and his lifelong friend and business partner, Mark. He continues to lead product development with a mission to make oxygen therapy more accessible, reliable, and practical for veterinarians, first responders, and pet owners.
